Hey, I'm Millie!

Purpose Coach | Entrepreneur | Kingdom Builder

I'm a woman of faith, a devoted mother, and someone who understands what it's like to love God sincerely while standing in the space between being called, but unclear on the next step. I help people identify their season, move through it with precision, and walk fully into their God-given assignments.

The Purpose Arc™ wasn't built in a boardroom or a classroom. It was built season by season; through the breaking points, the waiting, the shifting, and the expanding that taught me what it actually means to move with God instead of ahead of Him.

 My Egypt

For most of my life, I lived outside-in.

I love God sincerely. I served faithfully. But underneath the faithfulness was something I couldn't name for a long time: a deep disconnect between who I was performing to be and who God had actually called me to be.

My decisions were driven more by self reliance than surrender. I was building my life in my own strength, serving God from religious fear rather than relational trust.

On the surface, everything looked fine. But inwardly, I was circling. I was busy, but not moving; faithful, but not free.

The problem wasn't my effort. It was my foundation.

I was building from fear, performance, and survival instead of identity, relationship, and trust.

What I understand now is that I was living most of my life in an Egypt season, bound to identities, patterns, and ways of operating that looked faithful on the outside, but were quietly keeping me in bondage on the inside.

In what I now know was my wilderness season, God started revealing who I really was—not through titles or accomplishments—but through identity in Christ. He showed me who He is: not just as my Father, but as the One who would be my Provider, Protector, and Husband. And in that same season, He reminded me of the treasures He placed within me long before the world tried to label meI’ve always carried a heart for people. I was the one who could sit with the broken, speak life into confusion, and bring comfort in chaos. I didn’t know it at the time, but those were glimpses of my spiritual gifts—exhortation, teaching, and prophecy—already working through me. I first used them behind the chair as a Licensed Cosmetologist, then behind a desk in Corporate America as a Financial Cost Analyst.

My Wilderness

In 2016 God brought me to a breaking point.

Not to shame me, but to awaken me.

He began dismantling the identities I had built in my own strength; closing doors I was too afraid to shut on my own, including my marriage and my career, which had quietly become idols in my life.

That season became my wilderness. Not because God was absent, but because He was doing something deeper than I could see at the time.

What made it hard wasn't just the loss. It was the confusion. I kept asking God what I was supposed to do next, expecting clarity to arrive like a clear set of instructions. But instead, God was teaching me how to trust Him when I couldn't see the full picture. What felt like loss in that season began to reveal itself as divine alignment.

I also had to get honest about fear. Because fear in the wilderness doesn't always feel like fear. It felt like wisdom, caution and patience. Staying where I was felt faithful because it was familiar. God was asking me to move, but movement meant letting go of the familiar; relationships, environments, and versions of myself that no longer aligned with where He was taking me.

What I found on the other side of that release was something I didn't expect; clarity. Not the kind that comes from having every answer, but the kind that comes from trusting God one step at a time.

In the wilderness, God wasn't just changing my circumstances; He was rebuilding my trust in Him. Slowly, I began learning how to live and build from relationship instead of striving.

The full story of how God moved in that season was captured in a Voyage Dallas feature. There's so much more in there than I couldn't fit on this page. Check it out!

My Transition

I've always carried a heart for people.

I was the one who could sit with the broken, speak life into confusion, and bring comfort in chaos. I didn't know it at the time, but those were glimpses of my gifts already working through me long before I had language for them.

Those gifts first showed up behind the chair as a Licensed Cosmetologist, then behind a desk in Corporate America as a Financial Cost Analyst.

No matter the environment, the purpose has always stayed the same: help people gain clarity and become who God created them to be.

God didn't remove the calling. He expanded the assignment.

My transition season began with my return to entrepreneurship within the beauty industry, where I served as a business owner, educator, and mentor. I trained and certified aspiring eyelash artists, helping them build skill, confidence, and sustainable businesses while also having honest conversations about faith, identity, and purpose along the way.

But something was shifting beneath the surface. The conversations were getting deeper. The questions people were bringing me had less to do with their craft and more to do with their calling.

I was helping people navigate purpose, identity, and transition long before I ever called it coaching.

Looking back, I can see that God was preparing me long before I recognized the shift myself. I didn't manufacture the transition. I just stayed obedient and trusted where He was leading me.

My Promise Land

Shortly after arriving in my Promise Land in Dallas, Texas, the assignment began expanding beyond personal conversations into broader teaching, coaching, and ministry.

What once happened in close personal settings began reaching people through my YouTube channel, The Kingdom of God Matters. Through YouTube, coaching, and ministry, this message has now reached over 14 million people navigating seasons of faith, purpose, and transition.

But the most significant thing that happened in my Promise Land wasn't what God built around me. It was what He restored within me.

I looked back at every season I had moved through; Egypt, Wilderness, Transition, Promise Land, and I saw the arc. The pattern. The progression that had been operating in my own life long before I ever put a name to it.

Every season had its own work, battles, and specific breakthroughs. And every time I had tried to respond to one season with the tools of another, I had circled longer than necessary.

That’s where The Purpose Arc™ was born. Not as a concept, but as a framework shaped by real seasons, real stretching, and the clarity that came from finally understanding what God was doing in each one!

What The Seasons Taught Me...

Walking through every stage of The Purpose Arc myself taught me these four things I couldn't have learned any other way:

Confusion Is Often a Signal, Not a Failure

I learned that confusion is not a crisis. It's a signal. When clarity feels distant it usually means a transition is taking place and what once worked is no longer sufficient for where God is taking you. The invitation in that moment isn't to push harder. It's to pause and discern what God is doing differently in this season.

Your Season Determines Your Next Step

I learned that your season determines your next step. Not your faith level. Not your effort. Not how long you've been waiting. When you misread your season, you respond the wrong way. And the wrong response to the right season keeps you circling longer than necessary.

Obedience Requires Release

I learned that obedience requires release. Movement with God almost always involves letting go of something; a person, a place, a pattern, or an identity that no longer aligns with where He is taking you. As painful as it feels, the release is often the very thing that opens the next door.

Clarity Is Not The Absence of Uncertainty

I learned that clarity is not always knowing exactly how things will unfold. Sometimes it’s simply having enough discernment to recognize the season you’re in and enough trust to keep moving even before the full picture becomes clear.

When you begin to understand what a season requires from you, your decisions become steadier, your faith deepens, and your growth becomes more sustainable.

In what I now know was my wilderness season, God started revealing who I really was—not through titles or accomplishments—but through identity in Christ. He showed me who He is: not just as my Father, but as the One who would be my Provider, Protector, and Husband. For the last six years, I’ve walked alongside people who love God deeply but feel stuck between what He promised and what they’re currently experiencing, often because the season they’re in is developing the maturity, discernment, and capacity needed to sustain the assignment attached to their purpose.

People who know something is shifting, but don’t want to move ahead of God or remain stuck in hesitation. People carrying a calling, but lacking the right framework to understand what God is doing and respond to it wisely.

Through The Purpose Arc, I help people identify the season they’re navigating, understand what that season requires of them, and move through it with clarity, confidence, and the right next step without rushing, forcing, or losing themselves in the process.

This isn’t surface level motivation or pressure to have everything figured out at once.

It’s a framework built on biblical truth, strategy, and lasting inside-out transformation, because becoming the person who can sustain the assignment is just as important as discovering the purpose itself.

You Are Not Behind. You're In A Season.

Whatever you're navigating right now; the confusion, the waiting, the shifting, the stretching... there is purpose in where you are, even if you can’t fully see it yet.

Every stage I walked through became part of the framework you're about to step into.

The Purpose Arc exists to help you recognize where you are, understand what this season is requiring of you, and respond to it with greater wisdom, discernment, and confidence!

Five questions. Clear direction. Your next step starts here.
